Participants should expect a relaxing environment as they learn about and are led through a series of practices such as meditation, qi gong, stretching, acupuncture or ear seeds, and have the option to try herbal teas as well as other samples specifically indicated to reduce stress and anxiety.
Participants will leave with a better idea of options they can use to take control of their own health and wellness and how different types of wellness practitioners can be of assistance.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move. Bring a small notebook in case you want to write something down.
