About Using Health Insurance
Ask not if we take insurance, but ask your insurance company if they cover acupuncture.
Download our list of must ask questions for contacting your insurance company to find out if they cover acupuncture!
If your insurance covers out-of-network acupuncture
Currently, we are able to provide you with a superbill – a receipt with additional information the insurance company uses. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company requesting reimbursement. You would need to pay as a cash patient at time of service.
If your insurance covers in-network acupuncture
Please let us know, we will look into joining them which takes time. If you need a referral to an acupuncturist who may be able to bill your insurance right away, please contact us. You may also contact your insurance company for their provider list.
